This is why I love hiphop. A blend of handpicked musical ancestors, culminating in perfection.
Timbaland is a great composer, creating a pretty conservative, steadfast beat, allowing a lot of space for rappers to do their thing on.
But I think it's better without the rap.
Rap can add, but can also distract.

Hm; I don't quite like it. It's to close to minimal (the musik style) for my taste; it sounds to "clubby".

Plus the composition is missing some accentuation. Might be fine in a club or as background music but it's not something I'd actively listen to.

Aye i see what you mean - i consider it good for say, driving or cleaning the house :)

Went to one of my favourite parties of the year last saturday, the Awakenings Hard Techno Special. Fatima Hajji fucking rocks!! One of those DJ's that has the ability to really pump up a crowd, simply an awesome set... and she's pretty too <3

Works remarkably well, although I struggle sometimes to detect the Beatles.

:up: I was so weary of this when I first heard about it. But pretty much enjoy the entire album.






Section 8. Local-ish band that broke up over a decade ago. Just put on 2 sold out shows with Skinless and Stigmata. Oh man... <3
