TotalBiscuit ran this on his SLI 980's and couldn't sustain a solid 60fps. http://www.twitlonger.com/show/n_1sica1s

That's ridiculous

I had the option of Assassins Creed Unity, The Crew and Far Cry 4 with my new graphics card. Gone for Far Cry 4....

Yeah that video looks ok, but I'm quietly confident that I made the right choice in going for Far Cry 4

Lol, it takes a 40gb patch to fix the issues. Or as it's also known as; redownloading the entire game.

Here's what Ubisoft said:
Rigorous quality control is of paramount importance to us, and your feedback over these past weeks has indicated that it is important to you as well"
Which means so much as "we've completely fucked up so we can't have QA pass more shit like this."
And the thing about quality control being important to customers is a nice way of confirming that the community was up in arms about the whole fiasco.

the original patch was 7gb, because they remade entire parts of the map.
in other words, this has nothing to do with inhouse test vs real world enviroments, but lack of optimization which anyone looking at it wouldve caught.
pathetic.
