Alternatives do GtkRadiant?

Is there any alternative level editor for Q3? I really can't get used to the Radiant editors. Hammer, maybe?

Notepad, that's the way Lunaran made the You'll Shoot Your Eye Out level... QuArK was too tricky for me, so I stayed at Radiant. Maybe it's forks, like NetRadiant or DarkRadiant, or old one Q3Radiant :olo:

lol no, Lunaran didn't use Notepad for that. At least, not in the way you probably mean.
He wrote Python scripts to generate the level's geometry.

3d studio max, maya, blender etc, most have converters that will output to a .map or a .ase.
