I sort of feel sorry for you. You care way too much about how you are perceived on this dopey forum and you're either too stupid or belligerent to understand how real-estate works. #1 Looking up my property is, well, sad. #2 Under air and total sqft are two different and relevant measurements. #3 The tax assessed value is nowhere near representative of the actual value.

Maybe in your world it's okay to assume everyone is talking about "under air" square footage. But that's likely coming from an apartment/condo lifestyle. But people who live in houses usually care about how big their garages or patios are.
