Bad Customer Service is haunting me

I renewed a monthly magazine subscription for my better half the other day and expressly mentioned we were existing Customer for many years but wanted to take up an offer they sent us in the post to renew at a substantial discount.

Guess what? Today two magazines arrived in the post

I am not going to dwell on this but Customer Service today ain't what is used to be

Add your bad Customer Service experience so I don't feel so bad

More bad Customer service

This time it was the paper again. I went online to cancel the newspaper delivery for the weekend while we are away, 9 & 10 May and guess what! The silly staff cancelled this weekend delivery.

What is it these days!
Maybe I am just having a run of bad experiences, it just seems every experience I have as a Customer fails miserably.

One bright note though: I won the local surf club, birthday month, lucky draw and got $100

I am off on that drive in a day

how do airshocks stack up against springs? i know they're adjustable, but is that the only gain?
