Dipshits came out yesterday to fix the shit grout job they did under spa spillway. This time they used too much grout and removed the lip on spillway and now the water just trickles down limestone...looks like it's not even on...it would go a lot more smoothly for these morons if they would just do the job right the first time...

And now it leaks because it was made on the cheap. Nope...no surprise there.

Perhaps you'd get a good pool if you moved your family to a country that doesn't suck?

It's a custom pool...if one of the subs screws up they send another out and fix it until it's right...clueless fucking moron...u know nothing how the construction process works...

The job they done when replacing the rock feature is pretty shite n all, looks like the stone is chipped across the bottom on every stone with some being unequal thickness or just wonky.

You mean before its signed off ?, behind schedule and patched up. These are the problems you can see btw and there's only so much they will do.

looks great but i've never been a fan of having the inside of the pool the same color as the water... dangerous
