He's also rendered a few feet in front of his new wall useless, would prolly be better off pulling the railings down all together. They offer no privacy or security.

If he had any money he should put a precast stone wall around his lot for privacy. Might not fit the run down 70's motif of Bella Vista though..

Morons...on the other side of every fence in that pic...is also my property...roads and neighbors are 100+ feet away...we got acreage biatches... U got nothing... :olo: ...
