hey so i ran into papa cap the other day whilst playing some q3. i thot it'd be cool if we got a bunch of DT peeps back together and mebe some other TA fools that we used to play with all the time.
anywho, i'm currently in the process of trying to get my girlfriend to play some q4. she seemed somewhat interested but things don't look to good.

Just tell her it's slimming, or toning, or tanning, or whatever she feels is inadequate about her body. Or if she's a 'complete woman' (yeah riiight - a creature of legend) just tell her it's a really fun way to emasculate men.

I got my girl to play Doom 3 for about 5 minutes, that was a record for a shooter with her. Pinky scared her real good.
I've got a $30 gift card to Best Buy with Quake 4's name all over it.

Oct 18 - that's only 2 weeks!! I got my preorder in with Gamestop, I better get my copy on the 18th complete with bonus nerd t-shirt. Time to warm up my level editing skilss. Maybe it'll inspire me to get to work on that texture set I've been wanting to do. I hope it's gooooood .....

The missus plays a lot of games with me, she cant get used to mouse/keyboard though, but i dont blame her it does take some getting used to.
Out her on the cube and she kicks my arse most of the time...
