Not long at all, 2 1/2 weeks. But that the US date.

Which means it will be out in the UK a week at least later.

Which means i really WILL be getting this on the yarr, at least for a week. Some nice time to get the SP out of the way anyways.

Same reason there was no demo for Doom 3... Maybe its not "all that" and a demo before hand may hurt sales.

but they did have that qcon demo, which got pretty damn good reviews, including good reviews from the competetive crowd.

but yes, demos are hit-or-miss. Ive actually been convinced NOT to buy games because of demos on more occasions than ive been convinced to buy.

well... even if SP fails, we still get a new Deathmath game, that should play better than most of the stuff out there.
