It just dawned on me that after downloading 1.0.2 I didn't check to make sure my configurations stayed the same. So I checked it out and sure enough, everything was back to default, so I had to go through and tweak it again.

Did this happen to anyone else? It seems kind of stupid that the update wouldn't even keep your old config.

IIRC, during the uninstall process, it should ask you whether or not you want to delete the directory. Answer "no" and you won't have to tweak everything again. Also, back up all your Firefox files prior to uninstalling, just in case. No problems with losing my config here.

thats what I use, never lost any settings yet. although, some plugins needed to be reinstalled.
