Oh shit, was that out loud?
You remind me of cartman...

lol rampage is just hilarious, I think you haven't followed him long enough. Watch his interviews pre and post his UFC debut "I'm gonna explode this place like the world trade centers" :olo:

here's one of them http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WAPkOUj45Ko

Nightshade wrote:I hate that stupid howling shit. Sure, the guy can fight, but he's a fucking retard. I can't stand fighters that run their mouths all the time, no matter how good they are. That's why I laughed my ass off when Joe Stevenson choked out Melvin Guillard in about 30 seconds. :olo:
There's an element of showmanship to what these guys do, but you don't have to be a dickhead about it. See Sugar Ray Leonard for reference. I probably would have hated Ali back in the day as well, but I'd take nothing away from his skills.
antics aside, he shows true respect to his opponents. When he won the decision against Murilo Rua, he knew he didn't deserve it, and even tried to give the trophy to him. That's a rare fucking thing to see in this sport.

He's also quite funny:

interview before the fight:
Well, you beat Liddell in Japan, and beat him bad. It's all over YouTube. It was a pretty dominating effort. You been thinking about doing this again for a while?

When Chuck became champion, it crossed my mind. I was like, damn, I can whoop Chuck again. I could possibly be champion, you know what I'm saying? Because I ain't ever been champion of no big show. But I figured, let him go have his milk and cookies. He's been waiting for his milk and cookies for a while, so he can have his milk and cookies and I'm going to go eat some ice cream.

Yea, I'm pretty sure these fighters are encouraged to be as over the top as possible. Hell, when Ortiz and Shamrock "made-up" I thought that was just a little to convenient.

They dont "act over the top". Its not like fag boy WWE or anything like that. They are just happy cause they are winnah =)

If you really don't like him, watch Shogun vs. rampage. He got utterly dominated by knees, it was brutal.

I can't remember if it was the first or second fight he had with wand, but it was the one where he got knocked out and was left splayed over the lower ropes. There was one brief camera angle that showed a sickening sight: blood literally pouring down from his face onto the edge of the canvas - an absolute stream of it.

wand is a scary scary motherfucker. I'm very interested to see how chuck handles himself against him.

p.s. u read the latest news about fedor? dude's training elbows...

lol, rogan is often says stupid things, but he does know what he's talking about. His comments about cro-cop were funny too

Well said Rook ^^
Wand is very aggressive, however I was watching some Shogun clips last night and god...I would say the most aggressive, violent, explosive fighters. Personally I dont like attacking someone if Im standing up and they are on the ground, but ohwell.
