giving you the benefit of the doubt ( read: if you're not taking teh piss ) I'd say leaving the dog out by itself is a type of animal abuse and criminal towards your fellow neighbors. Sure it can be the friendliest animal around but it's still an animal at large

of course it was someone's dog. that's why i took it out of the middle of the road.
the guy was working on someone's sprinklers at a house far from home and brought the dog with him. one minute he looks up and the dog was gone.
so yea, the dog wasn't on a walk. the dog was lost and about a 30 minute car ride from home.
keep sharing your insights though plained i know you can't resist when it comes to anything i do.

no i'm not upset i was just commenting on the predictability of your presence and post nature in my threads eh.
i don't worry about the spell or grammar check because i know you have the capacity to write just fine, which means you consciously work at the plainedspeak you've perfected so more power to you it makes you endearing to the forums.

no plained i'm not paranoid because its not a worrisome issue.
i welcome your misguided insights because hey they wouldn't really have helped here in the least but its all good.
besides, i'm not going to be too worried about someone who has to create a persona and stay in character on an internet forum.
