currently 157 pounds @ 5'10 but am probably in the best shape of my life strength and cardio wise.
tnf I'd love to see the vids:
I keep taping my db rows (110 pounds for 12 reps) but can't get the framing right.
Here's one taping attempt (second set so was weaker):
http://www.vimeo.com/7229217
I'm pressing 75 pounds for 5 reps (was doing 80 pounds a few months ago), dipping with 90 pounds around belt for 5 reps, chinning with 80 pounds for 4 reps, and deadlifting 245 for 8 reps, though can easily go higher on this last movement.
keep in mind I'm not concerned with uber strength or mass gains - this strength to weight ratio works wonders for me as an athlete.

I was jokng jules

- I've never videotaped myself in a gym lifting weights - I'd feel a bit odd doing it. And I can't press 160s - never could. The most I ever did was somewhere around 120s for 6-8 reps and I think I pulled off 3 or so with 140s once, but I'll never do that again. 150s for rows way back when, but 160s for presses, no way. An old training partner of mine did reps with the 170s on an incline bench though.
I have re-dedicated myself to lifting in the last several months (since posting my thread about hell freezing over). I joined SNAP fitness - a 24 hour gym - a national chain I think - they are close to the house so I can go workout whenever. Feels nice to be back in a gym lifting, and strength came back faster than I thought it would even if I am nowhere near here I was before my neck surgery and nerve damage. Definitely a bit of a tweak with my left tricep (the damaged nerves innervate that muscle) - I can feel it quiver when it engages on presses. At 194 I'm debating shooting for 200 or leaning back down to 180-185. I can't believe I was once 145 pounds at this height (at 16) - I remember us all thinking we were the shit in high school when we could bench with the 45s on each side.

215 would be really hard for me to do naturally - unless I just got sloppy fat.
Whats the heaviest you've been up to?

~230. Found it too difficult a weight to be at while maintaining any visibility of the abs.
I don't see why you couldn't hit 215 naturally.

QUESTION: This has happened many times but I'd like to know why... Last night i weighed in at 174.4 and this morning (6 hours later) i weighed 171.8. Where does all this weight go in 6 hours while i'm sleeping... like I said, this happens a lot but I don't know why.

My average weight over the last 10 years has been between 200 - 235lbs. In April I started taking my weight more seriously.
Ive been dropping pounds weekly between diet and exercise as of today @ 5' 9" I am 175 which is the lowest weight I gave been since I was about 18. I have a pretty standard routine Saturday and Sunday I'm very active so I eat a little more loosely, Monday through Thursday I keep my calories in check. Friday I eat lite to make sure my weigh in on Saturday is consistent. I weigh myself at night and in the morning and my weight does fluctuate about 4 pounds daily depending on input and output.
I found that while on the P90x I had visible results, but the results on the scale were very small 0 to 0.5lbs weekly. I have been off P90x for the last 4 weeks and the scale results have been pretty large at about 2lbs a week.

Not entirely sure why, it's probably from eating, drinking all day. Shit like that. I never weigh myself at any time other than first thing in the morning after taking a dump - it's the only way to keep track accurately.

That's what I was thinking too, I just find it odd that 3-4 pounds can just disappear overnight

I have to eat ungodly amounts of food to stay in the 190s. Another 20 pounds from where I am at now would either require me to get really sloppy - to the point where even if I could hit 215 and go down from there, I'd probably still lean out in the 80s or low 90s.

If I didn't know you, I'd say it was the AIDS.
Are you sure it doesn't just seem like you are losing 3 or 4 pounds because you are remembering your weight from one night and your morning weight from another day? I think your plan on double checking is the best bet at first, and from there, I have no idea where it could go aside from some weight you might lose due to perspiring overnight - but that would be negligible and not account for 3 or 4 pounds. Also maybe burning muscle tissue or something for energy if your body was needing it. But, again, I don't see how that could add up to 3 pounds.
I just weighed myself pre and post dump though, and dropped a pound.

Well, I upped my calories a lot the last couple weeks and hit 200 pounds today. I figure after Thanksgiving I'll probably be 205-ish, and that will be a good point to start altering things a bit. I'd guess 4-5 pounds is an average weight gain for the typical fat American over a holiday like this.
