Bought a new scale today

Post by tnf »

Exciting life, I know. Haven't stepped on one in a long time though.

194 pounds.

I should probably cut back on the training and food now though, as that is just too big for practical purposes. At least its not belly fat. I carry it all in my ass. But I was surprised I gained weight while training as hard as I have been (joined a gym again awhile back after doing p90x for awhile - again, people can laugh at those workouts, but for the purpose they serve, they are extremely effective).

What is the weight of the average q3w member you think? If we factor in transient, I'll guess 120 pounds.
We've done the average age thing before - post your height and weight - see if the average forum moron here is overweight or malnourished. I'm 6'1" tall.

Anyone else here fluctuate up to 5 or so pounds every few days? When I used to pay attention to weight, I did that all the time. Made gaining steady weight a pain, luckily my metabolism isn't so fast anymore.

You guys want videos of 160 pound dumbbell presses or 150 pound dumbbell rows?
I think I'll show you my workout on the leg abduction/adduction machine instead, with some baggy shorts on.

5'7" 180 lbs. I've started getting a bit of a belly. Not surprising as I'm not quite as active as I was just a couple of years ago. Figure in the age of 42 and metabolism slowdown and I guess it's not too bad.

I fluctuate periodically between 170 and 185.

6'1.5", average 175lbs nekkid in the morning (weigh in every morning)

It's been 178 some days, other days it will be 172 it really just depends on how much im eating for a couple days. Also after something strenuous like a workout, I'll notice a couple pound increase for about 6 days. If I started running again, I could probably be 170 no problem. In fact that's a good idea....

just over 6'1," max weight was pushing 190 (lol can you believe that coming from a 135'er?) but recently have been floating between 175 and 180. based on my daily activity level and calorie intake i expect my average to drop down between 160 and 170 within the next couple months and then balance out there.

I used to be 150lbs pretty much my whole life but the last two years I've gained a lot of weight. I attribute it to becoming lazy.

Currently I'm 5,9 and 175lbs I should really start exercising again... I used to cycle ungodly amounts in my youth.

6'2" and about 180lbs. Doesn't matter what I eat or do, my weight never changes. I'm sure that will change one day.

Same but 6'4" or maybe 6'5". I'm not even that skinny, though. Probably just light bones.

5'11" and 160... But thats mostly because I've been doing a lot more weights recently, plus about six month back I took up running.
