Started making first level of the mission...

Tomorrow I'll be in-active for one important reason: We're invited in a wedding, so I won't be here for a whole day.

This level still needs some testings. For example, want to make lightning storm more realistic with light styles (ty obs for the great tutorial on your robotrenegade website), so I need to test it's working properly... Also have made simple dotproduct terrain, which also needs testing. The terrain is simply just a small area outside the first level for the initial cutscene... There may be the thunderstorm with lightnings... You'll see also the top of the building you're located in, simply worldspawn brushes...

There's many, many to the entire levels, but while it's here written it's a spoiler, so now, just wait for first shots...

My point about Wordpress is actually that making really small updates about your work on a forum isn't a good idea. People will likely get bored of seeing you talk about doing really small changes and not actually seeing any interesting progress. That's the kind of stuff you stick on a blog, not a forum.

I think you are better served if you do a significant amount of testing yourself and wait until you have something significant to show other people before posting another update. Just my 2 cents.

Looks like I'll complete the mission at least in year'n'half, because I'm too busy these days. I'm in a high school and in this school year I'll be busy day in day. Learn, learn, learn and learn, this is my main activity in the nearest future. So I won't be able to building the level in couple days, what I must exactly do is only learning and the required reading...
