A cold weather jacket sounds strange I suppose, and we are in a supermarket afterall.
I'd think working in and out of those huge cold rooms you'd get sick & tired of putting jackets and off every other move.

Just bought back a memory....Years ago at the slaughter house they had this huge freezer (as they do). It was like minus 15c inside and 30c outside*. Rather interesting to experience the sudden temperature changes like that; not many would

I got/get on with some from public schools, either young and eager or old and experienced. IMO I think most are just downright bullies that I could run rings around when I was 15 though.
