Two minutes of searching Google tells me your house is 2,340 sqft and was assessed in 2013 for a market value of 114k. If you can't afford a proper addition to your home don't come here boasting about the size of the lean-to you tacked on the back. :olo:

To be fair, county assessments are usually low... Like really low.... Only a chump would let their tax assessment mirror reality...

Speaking of that, what is the current lake level? Can you see water from your house or just a ditch?

I sort of feel sorry for you. You care way too much about how you are perceived on this dopey forum and you're either too stupid or belligerent to understand how real-estate works. #1 Looking up my property is, well, sad. #2 Under air and total sqft are two different and relevant measurements. #3 The tax assessed value is nowhere near representative of the actual value.

BTW, I didn't come here "boasting". I was asked a question and answered.

The guy who went through the trouble of posting up contractor images of his floor plan after getting called out with a single post thinks I'm the one who cares too much about how they are perceived on this "dopey" forum :olo:

btw, when you know everyone is describing the size of their home by the set standard and you come in a state yours in another in an attempt to make your situation seem better...clearly a boast.

Wait, how can a house only be worth £113k? I remember the pictures YG posted back in the day, and no way is that house only worth that much.

I remember it being a not-so-great colour, but the house was nice. Plus he added things to it.

Those numbers don't make sense.

But that's info I have readily available. I don't have to remember your name, do an internet search for the a website that hosts the information in your area and then search your name on that site. Just to ineffectively prove a point. You have to remember my name and the city I live in to get that info. How fucking sad is that? :olo:

Maybe in your world it's okay to assume everyone is talking about "under air" square footage. But that's likely coming from an apartment/condo lifestyle. But people who live in houses usually care about how big their garages or patios are.
