Don't save after you take it for a spin?xer0s wrote:Back to the cars, is there a way you can keep a car at the safehouse for good? What I mean is, when you have a car parked at the safehouse and then you take it for a spin, if you don't take it back to the safehouse, it won't be there again. But is there a way to keep one there at all times, even if you crash it or lose it?

edit: seriously, what don't you like about it? I didn't much care for the previous iterations, but I'm liking this one. The news reports and commercials on the radio are hilarious.
Re: GTA IV
Never really been a fan. I get bored with walking around the same streets to do missions that barely differ in detail.

Re: GTA IV
It's worth persevering with just for Three Leaf Clover DB.
Truly a stand-out gaming moment.

Re: GTA IV
Got it. I needed to beat the high score in QUB3D, so that's 2 achievements in 1.

Re: GTA IV
NICE... do you have all the acheivements now? i guess you're probably missing the ones like longest wheelie and what not? i haven't even turned on the xbox in like a week.Transient wrote:Got it. I needed to beat the high score in QUB3D, so that's 2 achievements in 1.
Re: GTA IV
I'm missing the 5 car flips in one crash, 10 counterattacks in 4 minutes, and all of the online achievements.

Re: GTA IV
But you've got the 100%?
Have you tied it up with your Rock Star Social Club account yet?

Re: GTA IV
since I haven't even touched this game, I should prolly shutup.Transient wrote:I'm missing the 5 car flips in one crash
But I just got finished watching some vids about the different achievements so... just go to the airport and hit the yellow things in the grass and then you go vroom vroom swush etc. Do I get a cookie?
Re: GTA IV
I have, but it's taking a long time to update. It's still only showing me as having completed 62% of the game, and not even finishing the story.Mat Linnett wrote:But you've got the 100%?

That's what I had been doing for the past 15 minutes. I finally pulled it off, and did it while a plane was passing underneath, no less.bork[e] wrote:since I haven't even touched this game, I should prolly shutup.Transient wrote:I'm missing the 5 car flips in one crash

Re: GTA IV
Hmmm... Go to Hooters on the third island, and behind it is a Sprunk factory. Shoot the door, and you get text saying "Oh your going down now!". Explore this place... Its just waaaaaaaaaaaaay to detailed to be a random place, really is nice inside, yet no story takes place here...?
I got to the top, started climbing and shot a window and then I got "Ohhhhhhh, please leave!"...
Hmmmmmmmm....

Re: GTA IV
There is a mission that takes place there, but I can't remember what it was. I think it may have been one of the "Most Wanted" missions.
Re: GTA IV
My best guess is that it's either a Most Wanted mission or an Assassination mission, but I wouldn't imagine enemies would be there unless you were ON the mission...
