I would've loved to seen Shumi get given a Ferrari for one final season also, I don't think he's done that bad, would've done a lot better this season if it wasn't for that gutless piece of shite giving out on him, plus he can make a car wider than anyone else on that track, bar none. Spose that could be nostalgia affecting my judgement and one for the movies though. Be funny as fuck watching Alonso explaining to him that he's the #1 driver also, be worth it just for that.

so what's the real deal with hamilton? did he get booted out, or is he that neurotic that ha wanted to be the center of attention , even if that means going backwards in the team ranks?

I think Hamilton believes himself to be the best there has ever been in F1 and thinks he can emulate what Schumacher did. I think this is misguided.

Hamilton is without a doubt one of the fastest F1 drivers on the grid, arguably there has ever been but he is not a leader. Schumacher always had the ability to engage people and set out exactly what he wanted at all times and was always extremely motivational. He knew what to say to people to get things done, when to give them shit and when to comfort them. This meant he was able to get the team to work cohesively and they always did everything they could for him. Hamilton does not have that. Schumacher in his day was incredibly cocky when it came to certain things, but extremely humble in others. He didn’t have a A lister girlfriend, didn't try to get into the lime light all the time and certainly didn’t seek fame for fames sake, like Hamilton is doing. Schumacher had the respect of all of his team and to a certain degree the rest of the paddock where as Hamilton doesn't have nearly as much as Schumacher did. Hamilton is seen in some quarters as a playboy wannabe who has the potential to be the best driver by a long way, but won't be because of his James Hunt lifestyle, which I also think is a good representation of where he will end up. 1 World title and that’s it.

I think Hamilton has bitten off more than he can chew and it will be interesting to see if he sinks or swims at Mercedes in the long run. I am not doubting his ability, I am doubting his passion and commitment to the sport.

he reminds me of a little child with parents telling him how fucking awesome he is, and that he is destined for awesomeness. And with that in mind he walks into places cock first and gets upset when things don't go as envisioned in his rap video-like idea of himself.

Now with that said, If he really chose to make the move, then he is more pompous than I previously thought.
