Really? FFS, then it's still a toss-up.MKJ wrote:Xbone renders at 900 I think, but at 60fps. Ps4 does 1080 at 30
Leaning toward xbone though, because 900/1080 > 60/30

This is another of Orio's masterpiece's btw, and in respect to "like quake", there is SOMETHING about the feel of the game which I haven't experienced since Q3A, but it's more to do with the speed and pace than jumping or gameplay. There's quite a velocity behind the pilots, much like transversing Q3A maps by strafejumping.
Anyway, I've been playing this game since Monday on Origin and loving it, so feel free to add me and join in the action: Turbanator_net

I do poke my head in every so often and see what's going on
Amazing to think this place has been online 15 years this year.

10 years on and I think I just about understand his explanation of jumping physics.Turbanator wrote:This is another of Orio's masterpiece's btw, and in respect to "like quake", there is SOMETHING about the feel of the game which I haven't experienced since Q3A, but it's more to do with the speed and pace than jumping or gameplay. I was holding off buying it because I hate publishers that already have DLC's lined up before the main game is even out, it's such a scam; - £65 worth of scam in-fact.. but I may get it now.

Not what I meant.shaft wrote:Irrelevant. Completely different multiplayer systems and player counts. Also BF4 servers have team balance and shuffles by squads. It's obvious you haven't played either game.Eraser wrote:
Battlefield 4 says "what?"
What I mean is that for some reason EA and (online) games just don't seem a very good match. I could've used Sim City 4 instead of Battlefield 4 as well. EA seems to fail to deliver with big hitter titles time and time again.
