Wow...

That's really incredible. I'd love to see the specs of the system playing that though. Although, with all the hype of Doom3 being a system hog and how well done it turned out to be requirements-wise... who know?

Me too. D3 and HL2 pushed mine pretty much to its limits. No way it will handle the next round of games I'll want to play.

saddly enough, the only things I can hold on to from my old system is the case/mouse/keyboard :icon23: not even the monitor since it's been dying for the past year or so

looks quite cool. good to see the doom3 engine put to good use (the headlights of the jeep at the start were quite nice).
this game prolly wont have bot support though - most of the time these games are fun in theory but online people tend to be assholes and vehiclehoggers rather than a team

the setting is almost the same foo. and talk for yourself, i think hl2 is shite, period.

hell yeah ill be playing quake 4 all day and night, i KNOW quake4 will be great, the MP is almost identical to Q3.. so it can't not not suck.

Have you even read any Q4 articles? From whats been said so far single player will use a lot of teamwork and have large-scale combat. HL2 was, for most of the story, a single player FPS.

You realize you're also comparing a game you haven't even played to one that has been a bestseller. If you want to be a rabid fanboy thats fine but at least wait until its been released ffs.
