No, Buchanas was on Hardball with Christ Matthews talking about gay rights and supporting the pope's comment about homosexuality being an insidious form of evil.
There was a gay rights advocate on there too. All Buchanan could do was make thinly veiled references to the Bible as his ultimate justification for everything.
For example, he will use Biblical reasons for supporting the death penalty, but then, when asked if he supports stoning gays to death, says no...even though the Bible says we should be stoning pretty much everyone and their mother for some reason.

homosexuality is (imo) a species defence against overpopulation. If rats have far too many numbers, ALL the females spontaniously become sterile to bring the numbers down so disease or famine doesn't spread through and kill the whole lot of them, personally i think this is humanities own similar defence; i'm all for it.
What would the impetus be for the mutation to cause it then? As for your spontaneous sterility idea, please provide sound scientific evidence. My friend has a PhD in reproductive biology, did most of his dissertation studying rats (as a model for humans of course), and would be very interested in this.
