Q3 -> Q4 Map porting

Sorry I'm noob to mapping, but is there a quick way to port some of the good Q3 maps over to Q4?

You're not allowed to do so due to copyright.

Regarding the official id maps, you're allowed to recreate them, as long as they're not 100% identical.

You'll probably find that a lot of Q3 mappers will be porting over their work so it'd be worth sitting back and seeing what happens, or you could always send a polite e-mail enquiring as to what they're going to do.

Aside from that, you should be able to just load an entity and model stripped Q3 *.map file into Q4Ed without too many problems.
