what's the fps command? it's a little odd

I have a 2800xp oced to about 2.1ghtz, a 9800pro and 1.5 gig of ram and it seems like i'm getting about 60fps constantly, I was a worried it would chug a bit, but I've got everything enabled but AA and it's @ 1024x768. I can't play multiplayer yet, but in single player (i assume this is more CPU intensive than multiplayer?) it hasn't even slowed down a tiny little bit, even when there's a lot going on.

mp is more cpu intensive btw
