Quake4 competition at....erm.......... Butlins!!

Post by DRuM »

LOl, some of the comments are funny. Anyway, £30,000 in rewards. For people that don't know, butlins is a long time standing holiday centre in the UK. Kind of tacky, but they're better these days from what I hear.

When you go through the booking process and click for details on the gaming you get this:

Bob the Builder party packs

They'll receive an exclusive Bob the Builder backpack full of goodies plus they'll get an invitation to join Bob and the Team at Bob's Tea Break Party, where Bob will be playing games, singing songs and sharing his favourite tea-break food.

Bob the Builder packs include:

1 x rucksac
1 x dot-dot or colouring book (A5 size)
1 x sticker or activity book (A5 size)
1 x 15 piece floor jigsaw
1 x giant set playing cards
1 x pencil set

OMG I'm booking now!

That's fucking brilliant.

We should all sign up and fucking PWN some little kids at nerf arena or teletubby shootout or whatever the fuck anklebiters play nowadays.

We could shout encouragement like LOL FUCKING PWNED LITTLE BITCH across the gaming venue.

It would be totally sweet and we would all b winnars!

Don't tell anyone else, :ninja: but it's pronounced as "pooned". (Which is also why morons use variations like "spooned".)

Hm... I could swear it was "powned". In Warcraft there was a simple spelling error: "pwned" instead of the required "owned". Others say a Quake player misspelled it. I don't know lol, it's a typo either way and I still call it "powned" :)

[edit] spelling mistake :paranoid:
