What is the best rate setting for cable connection?
Is it ;
16000 or
25600

either one will probably give you the same performance. Most all of the time you will be between 5000-10000 of actual usage, so anything much above that is fine.

Servers will most likely cap you before you reach 25600, as MidnightQ4 said either of those will be fine. A few guidelines can be found in the Connection Tweaks section:
