Casual Q4 (or Q3) Leagues and Clans?

Where might I find info for leagues or clans that are tailored more towards casual gamers or noobs? Although I'm far from being "noob" (been involved in the Quake community from before Q1 was released ), I don't have very good skills, nor do I have the time to perfect them.

But I would really like to get into a clan or league, maybe something with a weekly game. I just don't want to cause the l33t H4><oR's getting up tight. I'd like a casual environment where everyone doesn't take it all too seriously.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
