why 1 player not play warmup.

You need at least 2 people to start a match.

Yea, unfortunally you can not run around the map while yer waiting for your opponent to enter..this is bad and makes alot of 1vs1 servers empty, i hope they remove this so you can run around "playing" on the map until someone comes in.

also when i want to fuck about a ctf map on my own i cant, even if min players is set to 1. fucking annoying

It could very well be the server is just set to the default minimum players (2). Changing this to 1 would probably fix it up just fine. Sadly server admins are clueless.
