Command for Weapon High Quality Effects?

Does anyone know the console command to disable the HIGH QUALITY WEAPON EFFECS listed in advanced options?

if it's in advanced options, can't you jsut disbaable it from there?

Yeah, disable it there, scan your config for changes and post the cvar that changed here. ;)
