Making Custom Q4 Crosshairs!

Ok, Im starting to make me a custom crosshair for Q4, and maybe afterwards I can start making a lot of them. Theres just a slight problem though. I have PSP 7.0, and Im following this>http://developer.nvidia.com/object/phot ... ugins.html tutorial to get it working on PSP 7.0, but I cant seem to find the "these required DLLS" download link. I need someone to find them, so I can start creating them. I made alot of sketches and I dont want to put them to waste. Thanks.

DDS files here

unzip the DXT_TOOLS.ZIP. Look for the pluggin called "DDS.8BI". the pluggin goes in your "Formats" folder located inside your Pluggins folder.

So I just put the DSS.8bi and Im done? Sounds good.
EDIT: Theres no formats folder, just File Formats. But that already has a DDS.8bi in it, shall I overwrite?
