Help with server making

Uhh hello, i'm a bit new to Quake III - arena and i wanted to ask how can i activate rail jump in a server...

this will get you started
http://www.planetquake.com/instagibplus/info.shtml

download the mod ..place in quake3 folder
create the config "link's on webpage"
then make a quake3 shortcut

modify the properties so it looks like this

"C:\Program Files\Quake III Arena\quake3.exe" +set fs_game instagibplus +set instagib 7 +exec yourconfig

place yourconfig in your baseq3 folder

"replace yourconfig with the config name of the file your created from that webpage"

Thanks but it won't work. It gives me an error. I'll try again, but i'm not so sure.
