q4max

i downloaded it and unzipped it into my Q4 directory, now when i load up Quake 4 i get a white screen, with the q4max logo and when i hover my mouse where the menu buttons should be i see them highlighted red.

Help.

you have a folder called q4max with all its stuff in that folder and nowhere else?

That is the command, just start typing it and then use tab to autocomplete in the game, set it to 0 and vid_restart.

ah, twas useprecompressedtextures, not images

Ah i only new the first word of these long as things and just autocomplete them. :icon32:
