Brits: Cocaine?
Brits: Cocaine?
I'm going to visit some friend of mine in brighton in a few weeks. I thought it'd be interresting to try out cocaine; i heard it's rather cheap in the uk. What are the prices like? Is it worth it? Schould i do it?
On a more serious note, I wouldn't bother. If you're caught (and theirs a big chance you will be caught buying it) then:
Class A Drugs
Heroin, methadone, cocaine, Ecstasy, LSD, amphetamines (if prepared for injection) and magic mushrooms prepared for use are all Class A drugs under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. A conviction for possession can lead to a maximum of seven years in prison and a fine. Conviction for supply or intent to supply can lead to life imprisonment and a fine.

Well mostly yeah but that's not the point

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rick_JamesAs the 1980s segued into the 1990s, the dark side of James' life began to overpower his music. He was a recreational drug user, addicted mainly to cocaine. In 1993, James was convicted of assaulting two women, with the first assault during one of his cocaine binges. Serving two years in Folsom Prison did not stop him from writing new songs, even if he did it behind bars. He was released in 1995, and during interviews for a segment of the VH1 series Behind The Music, he spoke openly about his life and his battle with drugs for the first time.
Rick James attempted a comeback with a new album and tour in 1997, but suffered a mild stroke during a concert in Denver, Colorado, effectively ending his musical career.
Coke is a serious drug, don’t be stupid and experiment with it. I know this is some musician you never heard of, but there are tons of people addicted to this crap. If you think you wont get addicted I bet that’s what most of them said, yeah there is a chance you wont but there is a bigger chance that you will. I’ve known a few friends who have gone down this road, some make it others are seriously fucked up now. Stealing money from their parents and friends, bouncing between jobs so they can buy more of this crap and other similar drugs.
