Webcam Hues

Well my friend's webcam is all messed up. I know what you guys will obviously think, but she isnt some cam whore. She uses MSN and her cam is a Digital Blue. She switched some setting in MSN and know it has a hue to it, she can change the hue to any color of the spectrum, but it will not reset, when she hits default it goes to a bright pink. I have tried to help her but my knowledge of webcams is quite limited. Does anyone know how to reset it so that it appears normal again? She says she will reinstall the cam when she find the installation CD, but I am wondering if another fix exists..

You're probably doing this already, but In MSN if you hit the downward pointing arrow by the webcam's image, you get the option to "modify webcam settings".

There's a master reset button in there which resets all the values to what they were, if that's what you've been doing and she goes bright pink, try turning the saturation down, or recommend that she stays out in the sun less :P
