Magnus, the batch files I wrote work great now. Cgame, Game, and q3_ui compile into qvms =)
I might work on getting dlls to compile but qvm is fine for now.

I made a quick modification and it worked.

I can send you the batch files if you would like.

The only problem I'm having at the moment is my screen is being spammed with RE_RegisterFont: some error about text not being free.

I'll have to get the actual error when I get back home.

Compiling Quake III source: needed help

Do you able to compile quake III source code successfully ? I need a bit of help in it........................can I forward my ques to u?

Yes, I did get the code to compile.
This was almost a year ago and I've since deleted everything Q3 related.
I haven't touched Q3 in a looong time and I dont remember much about working with its engine =\
