chin-ups

I did 6 today with a total body weight of 208lbs (I hung a 25lb plate on a 1lb belt on myself). I did only 4 on Sunday (thats when I tried it the first time), so I'm happy with the increase. I'll try it with a 35lb plate next time :)

Just don't forget your shoulder stability warm-ups. They're more important to good health than know, dick face.

k, did 2x228lbs (45lb plate) and 5x218lbs (35lb plate) today.
