Breaded, fried, and smothered in marinara, parmesan, and mozzarella. No flour in the house so I had to use tempura batter, not bad. :icon19:

				Looks good.
I just had some fried eggplant and zucchini in a coconut curry sauce, with rice and soy/lemon-marinated chicken. Zounds!
Eggplant in mousaka is ace, too. :icon14:

Can't stand adding parmesan to anything hot. Makes whatever you add it to stink of puke.

The trick with cheese on something like this is that you bake it all together for about 10-15 minutes. The cheese will brown and have more texture to it, it wont gum up your mouth.

Are you talking about real parmesan, or the powered kraft shit in a tube? And if you want your food to smell like puke but taste really good, try Mizithra cheese, it tastes even better... well how do I explain it to you... it's like a level 34 parmesan cleric with a +8 gauntlet of dexterity.

I never touch the crap stuff. Proper parmesan is an excellent salad garnish.
It's the Butyric acid in the parmesan - all parmesan - that makes it smell of puke.
My sister used to add it to tomato soup

That looks ok, but so far I have to say that the best pasta sauces I've come up with would have to be alfredo sauces with a little chicken and cheese. That shit's the bomb.

Alfredo is too rich, and you'd be ruining a good dish if you put alfredo sauce instead of marinara on any parmigana
edit: but alfredo is O.K. if it's all you can afford :icon31:

Isn't Alfredo sauce basically just butter, olive oil, cream and parmegiana?
