How the hell do I change the g_Gun cvars in Quake 4?

Gah. Nothing that I should be able to change is actually changeable!

Play q4max, they're unlocked and work correctly there.

The vars as implemented in vq4 should not be unlocked, they need additional changes to work as you expect.
