Is forum's PM borked or what?

I tried to send a PM last night, but after I clicked the submit button, it only got put in the outbox. As I write this, it's still in the outbox. So what's the deal? :confused:

That means the person hasn't read it yet. They always go to the outbox until read. Then it moves to the sent box.
