Server is full or unresponsive

Well hi

I'm trying for a week now, to play quake lll online..
But when I try to join a server, ASE is saying; Server is full or unresponsive.
Can someone tell me what to do? I'm not very technical 8-) sorry

something's wrong with ASE - did you try joining a game using the in-game browser? if that works, go back into ASE and have it retest your connection again.
