Chat text missing

Evenings :icon23:

Text messages or Chats in the game does not get displayed on the screen while i'm in the game. But instead it only shows in the console. Is there a command that can bring the chats back? Also the frag messages, joins and parts only shows in the console.

the command con_notifytime 3 should do it.

I was d/l config's all of last night just to get it back.

Coming here was the sollution at the end.
