Aside ffrom the google toolbar can yu guys recomend any good popup stopper programs

IE's built-in one will usually do alright and Google toolbar and MSN Live toolbar's popup blockers work well too.

Or just Firefox. Seems to be holding back any and all pop ups for me.
The only exception is when it spawns one from a direct mouse click.

oh, it does for me too, but the ability to choose per site script activation rules.
