Looks good except the HDD. Seagate is a good company, but it only has a 2MB buffer and it is IDE. Now I would go for this Western Digital 80GB SATA 8MB HDD. Funny thing is that it actually is cheaper. The WD HDD comes with free shipping so the total price is lower on the WD.

Nice mobo, great chipset on it
