1st, how is it people can kill others easily with 200+ ping? i've tried it several times and cant hit a darn thing.
2nd, when speccing i watch crosshair closely and they dont gotta bring the dot to the player to kill him and see the flash from rail gun. Is spec view different from the person you are speccing's view? or is there some trick?
BTW i play demo...mostly play rail gun only servers. If you see a player named ho, that's me.
I live in Europe, got tired of the few servers left there, went looking elsewhere and found that it's fun to play on US servers.
That's 140 ping with regular, but also insta gameplay. You get used to it after a while.
I for the worst reason have over 200 ping on reg bassis and thats nomatter what server... but any who, Fragging at 200+ ping isnt hard you just have to know that when you seen something shoot ahead to hit... not much but slightly.. i seem to be getting alot more perfects now. and thats all i changed.
I used to have dialup and play on the dreamcast servers. ping was anywhere from 150-300 ms.
Now I play instaunlag mod servers and instagib rails using Comcast. Ping is regularly 20-30ms on non-instaunlag servers.

well my ping averages around 260+ while I play overseas severs ie:america and europe and i ussually topscore in most servers so it might be your mouse senseitivity or something
