That is pretty sexy. Let's see the pixel noise it gets from ISO 3200 with a 30 second exposure, though. The 20D does 5FPS bursts at full resolution... Can it handle anymore at a lower resolution such as 2MP?

Moderator: Merge this with ToxicBug's original 20D thread. It makes sense.

The burst speed is 5fps max, the resolution only changes the amount of photos it can take in one burst.

8.2mp fine - 20 frames
4.3mp fine - 28 frames
2.0mp fine - 64 frames

Also, the iso 3200 is an "additional" sensitivity that has to be enabled in a special menu. Its noise is pretty bad compared to iso 1600 (if you resize an iso1600 pic to like 800x600 its not noticeable at all) so I don't use it.

Is it dark yet? Go out and take some moon pictures. I'm torn between waiting for a new Digital Rebel, or just buying this.

Its winter out and snowing, don't wanna fuck up my lens. I'll take some pics outside tomorrow or Saturday, I also have only a Canon 24mm f/2.8 lens and waiting for my Sigma 50mm f/2.8 EX macro to be rechipped.

I know some cheap digital cameras can shoot short movies, but mine is a semi-pro DSLR. It can take 20 8.2mp pics at 5fps burst. As for low light, I'm gonna try some now.

100% Crops at 8.2mp, each shot at 30" different diaphragms. Sorry if they are soft, my shutter cable isn't compatible with a 20D :icon33:
