Are there any mods similar to the old Zappy's Mod?

I wanna host a server for the few but dedicated Dreamcast players still playing on v1.16n, and the only way for people on Dreamcast to enjoy mods, the mods have to be server side and not require them to download anything.

Can someone give me a link to a lock rocket mod thats compatible with v1.16n?

Except to play on that server you need the Dreamcast map pack, I'm sure you could find it though.
