no mplay

every time i go and try to play multiplayer i say refresh then it says master computer not responding

any idea wats wrong?

1) Read the link to the Q3 FAQ that Juggernaut posted again (specifically the "Why can’t I seem to find servers or get “No response from masterserver” heading)
2) Download the All-Seeing Eye or Gamespy Arcade
3) Use that app to find and connect to servers
