I honestly don't know why I'm bothering to help you. Although I feel that I'm posting in vain, I'll continue nevertheless, in listed order.
1. Keep the hair, but drop the cheap gel. Try to find some clay or wax that does not contain animal products. You wouldn't put a hamburger in your hair, would you? So why would you put processed pig fat there? You won't find any good shit under $20.
2. Seriously work on your face. It's not hard to wash your face twice a day. Don't touch your face when your hands are not clean. Get contacts, or if you can hack it get corrective laser eye surgery. Take care of the blemishes by properly caring for your skin. When you wash, get in deep and don't be afraid to use your nails as an abrasive to work the cleanser in. I pray you're not using soap on your face, or anywhere else on your body but it appears so. Invest in some quality cleansers and scrubs, and you'll be a new man in two months. The glasses... Get rid of them. The lenses begoogle your eyes to such a crazy distorted size. It looks awful.
3. Cleanse your body of toxins and garbage. Stop drinking alcohol, soda, and drinks with high amounts of sugar. You don't have to become a vegan if you don't want to, but cutting the meat and cheese for a month does wonders for your body. Not only will your skin look better, but you'll feel incredible internally.
4. The hair on your face is a complete disaster. What a travesty. Get rid of it completely. Rocker girls may tell you that they think beards are sexy, but when they finger themselves in the shower they're thinking of clean cut studs... Not Stubble McDirtychin.
5. Gain weight. It's not hard to gain mass, and this definately would help you in the face area.
6. Report back in 2 months after you've done everything I've said.
