850-Viewcams for Osp Download

Hey,

I while back I posted a topic that I was working on a pk3 for Osp which would cover a huge amount of the custom maps ever made for q3a. Since this is where the most of all of the mappers for q3a hang..I figure a good amount of you are going to like this file very much. It will make your Osp mod feel more complete definitely.

I'm also seeking of good number of people to make a comment of voicing a comment of desire for the viewcam feature to be added to Cpma. I have voiced my opinion of it to the guys over at the promode forums. I'm only one voice though...where there needs to be many.

It's at ..::LvL so there will be a download count number on it, and you can make your comments there....as I believe that there's power in numbers. =)

Hey that's pretty sweet. Does it work on pure servers etc? Does this cover all the maps osp comes with?

Yeah it will always work. If you're running a server and want the other clients to have it, set sv_pure "1" and sv_allowdownload "1" in your server start up config.

It covers 850 maps..all of the Osp Mappack, and Cpm Mappack maps...along with all of the good maps that have ever been made for q3a. I'm sure I probably missed some out there, but any map that is at ..::LvL that is good enough to download is covered.

I suggest using your Winzip to open up the .pk3, and you can look at all of the maps names. That'd be the easy shot. =)
