Google video doesn't work for me

Hi. I used to be able to click on a google video and it would stream. Youtube works for me but not google. When I click on a google thumbnail of a video to watch, the next page shows the details of that clip on the right, but the main body of the page is white and blank, nothing happens. I can only play the clips which say 'download' in the dedicated google video player I downloaded, but they won't stream in the browser. Sometimes I get a completely blank white page with just the search box and links at the top. I've reinstalled the latest flash and shockwave.

What be da problem do you think? TIA

hrm...what browser are you using?

I use Internet Explorer 6. I'm sure firefox might be worth a try, but there must be a way to get it to work with IE, because it used to.
